Our story…

What started as a way to reduce costs and control the amount of sugar my family consumed quickly became a passion. I began making preserves at home and sharing them with family, friends, and coworkers. Their overwhelming support and encouragement inspired me to continue experimenting with new recipes and eventually share my products with the world.

Living in the Sunshine State, I have access to a variety of tropical and exotic fruits, which inspired me to create unique flavor combinations. Through plenty of testing and tasting, I discovered some truly amazing recipes that showcase the vibrant flavors Florida has to offer.

Caribbean Island Glazed Chicken Bites

Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ cup Shelby's Jammin' Habanero Pineapple Mango Jelly

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp soy sauce (optional for extra depth)

  • Sliced green onions or cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until browned and cooked through.

  4. Lower the heat and stir in the jelly, lime juice, and soy sauce.

  5. Toss the chicken until everything is glossy and coated (about 1–2 minutes).

  6. Garnish with green onions or cilantro and serve.
